Institutional Resources

Institutional Work assembles those who hold power and leadership roles at an institution to authentically look at the policy, procedures and structures that create inequitable outcomes for people of color within the institution, as well as the people the institution serves. The work is designed to eradicate these barriers and obstacles that uphold systems of oppression and racial hierarchy.
